The End-of-life Vehicle dismantling and resource utilization system solutions

 The End-of-life Vehicle dismantling and resource utilization system is mainly used for ELV disassembly and resource utilization which is independently developed and with independent intellectual property. 

 Remove the battery, refrigerant gasoline or diesel, and airbag, then enter the fine dismantling or quick disassembly area.

  1. After valuable parts dismantling or preliminary treatment,ELV body moves to ELV quick dismantling or crushing area.
  2. Destructive dismantle metal parts,cables,bumpers,seats,mufflers,chassis,fuel tanks,etc,separate the components and enter the crushing sorting area except for heavy waste,engine,and cables.
  3. Vehicle body (including steel, non-ferrous metal, plastic foam, rubber, glass, fiber, etc.) for crushing and separation. Heavy steel such as crossbeams and frames are cut by scrap steel shears; The final ASR is made into RDF.
  4. The engine, transmission box are subjected to deep processing, and the cylinder block, cylinder head are crushed and sorted. 
  5. Tire, rubber, plastic and other resources are processed deeply to produce renewable resources such as rubber powder.


Pretreatment process of End-of-Live Electrical Vehicle

The pretreatment of scrapped energy vehicles mainly involves the removal of batteries (power batteries), airbags, waste oil, waste liquid, fuel oil, and the recycling of Freon from air conditioners, in preparation for subsequent fine disassembly and quick disassembly.

1. Check vehicle information records before using related equipment.

2. Body insulation monitoring, and cut off high voltage power.

3. Remove the lead-acid battery and cut off low voltage power.

4. Recycle air conditioning refrigerant, brake oil, coolant, etc.

5. Remove the power battery pack.

6. Remove tires and airbags.

7. The next process, fine disassembly or quick disassembly.

Fine dismantling of scrapped vehicles

Move on Dismantling Line→ Remove toolbox, spare tires, tires, front and rear covers, headlights and bumpers → Remove front and rear door assemblies, windshield, sunroof glass, fender → Remove center consoles, steering wheels, airbags and control modules seat belts → remove water tanks,Refrigerant Tank, air conditioners, radiators, air filters, etc. → Remove car seats,cables, electrical parts, etc. Ceiling interior → Remove engine compartment accessories, tube bundles, cables. Use the manipulator to turn the car over, remove the front and rear bridges, shock absorber, exhaust pipes, three-way catalytic converters → Use the manipulator, engine lifting equipment to remove the engine, transmission box→ off the line


Fine dismantling of production line

ELV Fine Dismantling Line mainly includes the unpowered ground rail type production line and the chain plate conveying line, with eight workstations, which can achieve the effective disassembly of ELV and the classification and recycling of various products. Each product can be classified and stored on site.

The fine disassembly of production line can be customized and adjusted according to the number of dismantled vehicles, which is flexible and environmentally friendly.



Scrap vehicles quick dismantling

After disassembling second-hand parts with recycling value, a quick disassembly machine is used to quickly disassemble scrapped vehicles. For the beams and frames of large buses and trucks, scrap steel shear is used to cut them, preparing for crushing and sorting.


Scrap steel shears

It is suitable for cutting scrapped vehicle carriages, various crossbeams, frames, and steel structural components. Utilize the super strong cutting ability of scrap steel shears to quickly cut the beams, frames, and wheels of scrapped buses and trucks.


Quick dismantling machine

Mainly suitable for quick disassembly of scrapped vehicles, as well as for quick disassembly of other components such as tires and engines. At present, the disassembly efficiency of the main model RVD220 port is 5-10 units/hour.


ELV Body Crushing &Separation

The scrapped vehicle body after fine and quick dismantling is put into the scrapped vehicle and scrap steel crushing line through the feeding device, so that the vehicle body can be broken into strip lump, and then into the hammer crusher for crushing. Through the sorting system, the steel, copper, aluminum, plastic, chemical fiber, leather, foam and other materials adhered to the vehicle body can be classified and recycled.



1. Width<2000mm and length<5500mm scrap vehicle body (After moving the five major assemblies, tires, airbags, and emptying of waste oil and liquid);

2.Thickness≤6mm scrap steel plates, steel profiles, and steel structural components;

3. Metal bailing blocks ( bulk density≤1.0t/m);

Large capacity crushing line

1. The entire vehicle with the fuel tank removed (whole or flattened body, unbound);

2. For segmented car bodies with a density less than 65 tons/cubic meter, the width and height of each section shall not exceed 90% of the crusher feed inlet;

3. The density of packaged light iron shall not exceed 65 tons/cubic meter, and the width and height of each package shall not exceed 90% of the crusher feed inlet;

4. Various types of light iron waste, including electrical appliances, including # 2 remelted scrap steel and pressure blocks, and some # 1 remelted scrap steel and pressure blocks;

Waste power batteries comprehensive utilization

The power batteries of scrapped new energy vehicles after crushing, pyrolysis, screening, magnetic separation, and air separation, ultimately achieving classified recycling.

Anaerobic pyrolysis can achieve the volatilization of organic components and fluorides within the same device, shorten the subsequent crushing and sorting process, reduce production costs, and improve the recovery rate of valuable components.
